Buyer takes full responsibility and assumes all risk of loss for all products purchased from the time a Bear Paw Investments Inc. registered buyer and/or seller has accepted, received and invoiced for their requested order through the order processes available. Buyer and/or Seller acknowledges and accepts the purchasing terms and conditions in that all product purchases are consider "Finale without Recourse for Refund and/or Return", "As Is" bases and without "Product Warranty". Invoiced shipping, delivery, transportation and export charges and/or fees are a separate itemized service on the invoice that the buyer and/or seller takes full expenditure responsibility for and assumes all risk of loss for all products associated with the service offered. Buyer and/or Seller assures reception of delivery and/or shipment that was invoiced and takes full expenditure responsibility for any product shipment and/or product purchase that is stopped and/or returned associated with the invoice, to include active storage fees imposed daily.

Import/Export Issues
It is the responsibility of the buyer and/or seller to comply with customs import procedures applicable to foreign guideline with concerns to cannabis products unless BEARPAWFARMSNC.COM has been hired to conduct the export quote. Customs inspection, import fees and proof of sale compliance may be required to complete a import/export purchase.
